As a Waiter - Waitress for us your days will be varied and interesting. In the world of Hospitality no two days are ever the same and your ability to remain flexible will ensure that each shift you work will be rewarding and enjoyable.

Waiter - Waitress duties include but are not limited to;
- Ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, efficient service
- Ensure all guests receive a warm greeting and farewell.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond accordingly.
- Ensuring that all guests receive a high quality product.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant and the unit as a whole.
- Assisting the management in the maintenance of the building by reporting any problems such as broken chairs, wobbly tables etc.
- Suggestively selling our menus to guests, thus allowing them to make informed choices when ordering food and drink.
- Performing all opening, running and closing procedures as dictated by the manual and the duty manager
- Using the correct procedure when ringing food and drink through micros.
- Displaying an attitude of sincerity and concern when listening to guest complaints.
- Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.
- Displaying a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role.
- Understand and implement the company ethos.
- Applying the responsible alcohol management programme during your shift.
- Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.
- Carrying out the correct requisitioning procedure as dictated by the manual.
- Performing any reasonable task as requested by the duty manager.
- Being a representative of Namii whether on or off duty and acting accordingly.
- Champion the service criteria at all times.

This restaurant is an exciting new Pan Asian/Street Food concept in the heart of Manchester. We are family owned and we have experience with Oriental cuisine, however we wanted to mix that up with a complete Pan Asian flavour and present our incredible food in the style you would expect from the fabulous street food vendors who have recently become very popular.
Our menus are fantastic, and we are doing something that’s very different, so we need someone to be the face of the Restaurant and engage with our clients, using, what will eventually be, your expert knowledge of our exciting menu!
