Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen’s day-to-day operations.
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality, diverse dishes to delight residents and guests.
  • Ensuring adherence to dietary requirements and maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Upholding health and safety standards and ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Taking the lead during busy services and in the Head Chef’s absence.
