Are you an experienced Sales and Events Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge?
THE JOB:
- Day to day support of the Sales Manager onsite
- Management, support and development of two Sales Executives
- Execution of sales strategies in order to meet and exceed the budgeted revenue.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
- Event coordination – close work with the events team to ensure a seamless execution of all evens.
- Ability to prepare and present proposal that highlight the property’s features while meeting the client’s expectations.
- Able and comfortable tracking sales performance, client feedback and market trends.
- Attending industry events and trade shows to promote the property and widen the network of potential clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar hotel sales-based role is a MUST
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets – ideally within a min. £1.5 million turnover
- Strong experience in event planning and coordination.
- Engaging personality.
- Opera experience
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage a team.
- Ability to lead by example.
THE PACKAGE:
- 33.5K + KPI based annual bonus
