We are seeking an organised and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Isle of Skye.

 

Restaurant Manager - Experience/Skills

  • Must be a foodie! We are proud of our offering and require our Restaurant Manager to relay our passion to the guests and employees alike!
  • Proven track record in a similar position
  • Computer literacy, good with numbers
  • Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills - verbal and written
  • Able to take initiative and lead your team
  • Innovative and positive with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills

 

Restaurant Manager - Role

  • Ensure efficient restaurant operation
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff; producing staff rotas
  • Promoting and marketing
  • Overseeing stock levels; ordering supplies
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Maximise restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
  • Maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
