A Recruitment Consultant is required for a UK based Recruitment company that has offices in Gurgaon. As a Recruitment Consultant you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will grow and grow as a Recruitment Consultant.
The workload will differ from week to week and we will require the Recruitment Consultant to be flexible and understanding towards the business’ needs.
Primary responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
- Excellent English,
- Good “Can do Attitude”
- Committed to a career not just a job
- Managing and running recruitment Campaigns.
- Calling the Candidates for screening and assessing them based on their experience.
- Owning the Responsibility to get the selected Candidates On-board.
This job would be a part time to start with is remote initially due to the current situation, but you may be required to work from our Gurgaon office.
