We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pastry Chefs /Chef de Parties to join our pool of temporary agency staff. These roles are perfect for chefs who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in a range of kitchens — from restaurants and hotels to event venues and contract catering. Ideally you will be flexible and happy to work either in Pastry or within the main kitchen on a different section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food.
  • Prepare and present pastry items or savoury dishes to standard.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to new settings.
  • Uphold food hygiene, allergen, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef/Chef de Partie.
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 and Allergens
  • Ability to step into new kitchens with confidence.
