Are you an experienced Painter & decorator within the Hotel sector?
THE JOB:
- Carrying out all onsite painting and decorating jobs as per PPM schedule
- Assisting in general repairs and maintenance.
- Maintenance of an up-to-date records of the PPM scheduled maintenance tasks
- Maintenance of the equipment, supplies and tools to ensure they’re ready to use as required
- Adherence to the Health and Safety policies and standards are followed at all times and to ensure that safe working practices are used at all times.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience as a Painter and Decorator for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club.
- Comfortable carrying out small maintenance repairs i.e. socket changing, pipe unblocking etc
- Can do attitude and positive approach any new challenges with a strong problem solving focus.
- Great team player yet able to work independently.
- Reliable and excellent time keeper.
THE PACKAGE:
- 34K per annum + Service Charge
- 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!)
