We’re seeking a fabulous Meeting and Events Coordinator now to join this ambitious and passionate team and coordinate fabulous functions and events at our unique property!

Meeting and Events Coordinator – Overview:

  • Reporting to the Sales Office Manager
  • Maintain and maximise sales revenue within the department
  • Making sure all details of enquiries are recorded accurately
  • Liaising with the operational team to ensure smooth running of all functions
  • To assist in achieving budgets and targets set for this area and the overall budget, through promotion of the products and services of the hotel

Meeting and Events Coordinator – Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Confidence to sell and upsell services
  • Previous experience managing large scale events
  • Previous Hotel experience, minimum 1 year
  • The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Excellent command of the English language
