Job Brief:

  • Lead and inspire your team during kitchen shifts, ensuring food quality and smooth service
  • Oversee prep, production, and presentation, keeping standards high
  • Manage stock, control food costs, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
  • Mentor junior chefs and help them develop in their roles
  • Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness at all times

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years in a kitchen environment (Sous Chef or senior chef de partie experience preferred)
  • Ability to lead a team and take charge of your section
  • A passion for food, attention to detail, and a creative flair
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
