The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Previous head chef or senior sous chef experience.
  • At least 4 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalent
  • A passion for great food and creativity
  • Proven ability leading a team
  • A strong understanding of inventory, food costs controls and menu development.
  • Work with the executive chef and events team to prepare and execute events
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Organising the day to day running of the prep kitchens and events.
  • Executing routine daily tasks, food orders, hygiene checks etc.
  • Organisational skills ensuring all EHO regulations are adhered to, paperwork is up to date and that safety and quality is of the highest standard.
  • Menu development - Collaborative
