The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Previous head chef or senior sous chef experience.
- At least 4 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalent
- A passion for great food and creativity
- Proven ability leading a team
- A strong understanding of inventory, food costs controls and menu development.
- Work with the executive chef and events team to prepare and execute events
- A keen eye for detail
- A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills

Roles and responsibilities:
- Organising the day to day running of the prep kitchens and events.
- Executing routine daily tasks, food orders, hygiene checks etc.
- Organisational skills ensuring all EHO regulations are adhered to, paperwork is up to date and that safety and quality is of the highest standard.
