- Salary £50,000 + Tronc £5,000

- 100 bedrooms
- Closed Christmas
- Straight shifts
- Working with an Executive Head Chef, 2 x Sous Chef, Head Pastry etc
- Banqueting team/restaurant team/pastry team/breakfast team
- All fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food if possible
- Full input into menu – new dishes /ideas are more than welcome
