We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a focus on local, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients, we offer a modern British menu with Mediterranean, French, and Asian influences.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a destination dining experience, develop exciting menus, and showcase your creativity while leading a talented brigade. The role includes working with foraged, aged, and smoked meats, creating standout Sunday lunches and afternoon teas, and driving the restaurant toward AA 3 Rosettes and Michelin Bib-Gourmand recognition.
