We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take charge of delivering exceptional food and service. As Head Chef, you’ll have full responsibility for the kitchen—driving creativity, training and mentoring your team, managing costs, and ensuring every plate that leaves the pass makes us proud.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food across all services
- Create and develop seasonal menus that showcase creativity and fresh ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including prep, service, and stock management
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Control budgets, GP, and wastage to maximise profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a strong and motivated brigade
- Work closely with front-of-house and management to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Creativity and passion for food, with an eye for detail and presentation
- Strong understanding of cost control, stock management, and compliance
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- A team player with a positive, hands-on approach
