We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is an excellent communicator for the role of Guest Service Associate for our prestigious clients in the hospitality industry.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum qualification: high school/secondary school; a degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles dealing with international customers is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, as you will be interacting with both local and international guests.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management & customers and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation systems is required.
