Are you an experience High Volume General Manager looking for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day running of a casual dining restaurant in the heart of Doncaster
  • Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
  • Ensure that the food costs, labour costs and wastage figures are within company parameters. Drive revenue and create a profitable business.
  • F&B Stock Management.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume dining setting at a Managerial level.
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • High standard on personal appearance.
  • A person that thrives at being busy as it is a very fast paced role.
  • Ambitious and open to continual development.

THE PACKAGE:

  • Up to £37K per annum
  • 48h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (you will be expected to work weekends)
