Are you an experience High Volume General Manager looking for a new challenge?
THE JOB:
- Day to day running of a casual dining restaurant in the heart of Doncaster
- Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
- Ensure that the food costs, labour costs and wastage figures are within company parameters. Drive revenue and create a profitable business.
- F&B Stock Management.
- Staff training and development.
- Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume dining setting at a Managerial level.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- High standard on personal appearance.
- A person that thrives at being busy as it is a very fast paced role.
- Ambitious and open to continual development.
THE PACKAGE:
- Up to £37K per annum
- 48h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (you will be expected to work weekends)
