Are you an experienced Cocktail Bartender looking to get our weekends back?
THE JOB:
- Managing day to day operations of the Bar
- Preparation and service of drinks i.e. classic cocktails, wine, spirit and mixer, juices.
- Bar cleanliness and restocking according to the par levels.
- Cleaning duties
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Assistance with the F&B Service
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience working in a Cocktail Bar, 4 or 5* Hotel
- Stability in your career to date.
- Can do attitude.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Understanding of Food Hygiene as well as Health and Safety practices.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year)
THE PACKAGE:
- 31K per annum + TRONC + Bonus (36-38K OTE)
- 40h per week with only approximately 10 weekends per year!
