About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at our prestigious Private Members’ Club in London.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the exceptional culinary standards our members expect — working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver elegant, modern British and European dishes across our restaurant, lounges, and private dining spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen section
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and wastage reduction
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are strictly adhered to
- Contribute ideas for menus and seasonal specials
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant, hotel, or private members’ club
- Strong technical skills and passion for fresh, quality ingredients
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Calm, professional attitude under pressure
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
