The ideal candidate be a natural leader with excellent communication and influencing skills. You must be tenacious, proactive, outgoing and creative. As our Business Development Manager, you will be empowered to make this role your own by being the ‘face’ of the hotel, with a considerable presence within the local community. Ideally, you will have an established network of contacts within conference and events circles and an extensive background in the hospitality sector.
