Are you an experienced Assistant Bar Manager or a Bar Manager with a led wet background?
THE JOB:
- Working alongside the Management as well as the onsite team in order to provide the best service.
- Carry out regular checks within the bar.
- Shift running including closing or opening duties.
- Promote positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
- Maintain effective cost control on all areas.
- Adherence to the operational policies.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a wet led cocktail bar, late night venue or a pub.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Interested in progression within the late night sector or the hospitality industry.
THE PACKAGE:
- 35-38K per annum (experience depending)
- 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis.
