- Assist the Manager in the key day-to-day responsibilities
- Open/ close the pub
- Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service
- Manage the pub in the Managers absence
Opening Times:
Lunch: Friday and Saturday 12pm-2:15pm, Sunday: 12pm-8:15pm
Dinner: Monday to Saturday - 5:30pm-9:15pm
Assistant Manager role at a Michelin starred Restaurant in Fulham – Ideal Experience/ Skills:
- Passionate, enthusiastic and skilled within hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Great management, leadership and motivational skills
- Experience with performance management and training
- Previous experience in a Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant at Supervisor level or higher
- Good knowledge of Wines is desired
