We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our motivated and creative team in our Balsall Common office in Solihull - with excellent working hours of Monday - Friday 9am – 5:30pm.

We are looking for a driven professional who can demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of administrative support and have a 'can do’ attitude.

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing the filing system.
  • Recording and posting information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Invoice processing on our accounting software.
  • Helping organise and maintain the office and showroom
