As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen operation across all outlets, with a focus on event catering — from intimate weddings to large banquets and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a professional kitchen team across multiple service areas
- Plan for weddings, events, and conferences with precision and organisation
- Manage kitchen staffing, rotas, training, and performance
- Ensure effective communication between kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams
- Control food costs, stock levels, supplier relationships, and GP margins
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and legal compliance (HACCP, COSHH)
- Support the overall guest experience by ensuring reliable and consistent kitchen operations
