Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to move into the exclusive world of Private Members Club?
THE JOB:
- Greeting and check in/check-out assistance of the guests.
- Responding to and addressing all requests or questions either directly or by passing on to the relevant department.
- Answering and forwarding all incoming calls.
- Management of the Club’s bookings and reservations.
- Assistance with any administrative and clerical duties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience of working in a Customer facing role i.e. Hotel Reception for at least 1 year.
- Stability in your career to date.
- Can do attitude.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility as this is a 5 over 7 role with will expect of you to work alternating weekends.
THE PACKAGE:
- 27K per annum + bi-annual TRONC
- 40h per week
- Work pattern - two types of shifts 7am – 3pm and 2pm-10pm with alternating weekends on duty
