Are you an experienced Pub General Manager looking for a new challenge where you can build on it’s current success?
THE JOB:
- Full responsibility for the operation, administration and strategic management of the site.
- Financial responsibility of the site including but not limited to stock takes, takings, payroll and end of week reporting.
- Operational approach during the pub’s peak shifts by providing an active support and front facing presence.
- Ability to plan and oversee a variety of events including private hires or themed nights.
- Training and development of the existing team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. two or more years of proven experience in a Pub General Manager position.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Strong financial acumen and administrative skills.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Drive to take an already busy operation further.
THE PACKAGE:
- 40K per annum + bonus (45K OTE)
- 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis.
