Restaurant Manager – Private Members Club – No Weekends!

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day running of a restaurant within on of the finest Private Members Club’s in Central London
  • Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
  • Developing different offers according to the Members requests or expectations.
  • Work closely with the Club’s Operations Manager to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
  • Smooth communication between all Heads of Departments within the Club.
  • F&B Stock Management.
  • Staff training and development.
  • Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining setting at a Managerial level.
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • High standard on personal appearance.
  • Ability and willingness to work split shifts.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 40K per annum + bi-annual TRONC
  • 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts
