- 3aa Rosette – the plan is to push for a 4th Rosette and Michelin Star – full support of the owners
- 10 – 15 weddings booked this year – full exclusivity required, and max number of guests is 75.
- No guests from Monday breakfast to Thursday afternoon
This is the ideal opportunity for a head Chef who wants to make a name for themselves as they can really focus on the food delivery – the owners of this hotel really want to push the food this year and next.
The ideal Head Chef will have worked at 3aa Rosette or Michelin level and have been a Head Chef previous. The Owners would perhaps take a very strong, hungry, passionate and food obsessed Sous Chef and this would be there first Head Chef role but your background must be full of at least 3aa Rosette and Michelin.
