Head Chef, Birmingham - Experience/ Skills:
- Previous experience as a Head-Chef that can handle volume
- Proven track record of cost controls, including labour management
- Ability to consistently maintain GP targets
- Flexible, enthusiastic, open to new ideas, food trends, thinks outside the box
- Natural leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, team spirit
