While the properties main revenue streams are within the traditional F&B and Rooms functions, there is already an established foundation of Wedding & Events business.
Wedding & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Highlights:
- Base salary between £30,000 - £35,000, negotiated on experience.
- Performance based bonuses on top of salary.
- Pay reviews in line with business growth.
- Full time, permanent position. 5 days out of 7 (weekend work included).

Wedding & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Job Overview:
- Developing, managing and selling Wedding packages and social events.
- Building budgets for the Weddings and Events, and presenting the final P&L’s to the senior operations team.
- Working closely with the Senior Operations team to book and oversee a calendar of events across the estate.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager to promote and upsell the venues.
- Co-ordinate all wedding day activities, including set up, vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, and tear down.
- Be the face of our wedding offerings.
- Provide creative ideas and solutions to make the Weddings unique, providing unforgettable memories for guests.
