The company already has a foothold in the Wedding & Events arena, but this is truly an excellent opportunity for a Wedding & Events Manager to take the company onto the next level with your knowledge and expertise. While the properties main revenue streams are within the traditional F&B and Rooms functions, there is already an established foundation of Wedding & Events business.

Wedding & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Highlights:

  • Base salary between £30,000 - £35,000, negotiated on experience.
  • Performance based bonuses on top of salary.
  • Pay reviews in line with business growth.
  • Full time, permanent position. 5 days out of 7 (weekend work included).
  • 28 days holiday per year.

Wedding & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Job Overview:

  • Developing, managing and selling Wedding packages and social events.
  • Building budgets for the Weddings and Events, and presenting the final P&L’s to the senior operations team.
  • Working closely with the Senior Operations team to book and oversee a calendar of events across the estate.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager to promote and upsell the venues.
  • Co-ordinate all wedding day activities, including set up, vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, and tear down.
  • Be the face of our wedding offerings.
  • Provide creative ideas and solutions to make the Weddings unique, providing unforgettable memories for guests.

Wedding & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Wedding & Events Co-ordination or Management.
  • Someone with the ability and character to take responsibility of the Wedding & Events function across the business.
