As Team Leader you will essentially be managing one of the sites within the Charity which houses young people. You will be the line manager of the team on site and play a pivotal role in guiding the team in successfully supporting the residents in their journey.

  • Supervisory/ management experience working in a similar area (Youth Work, Residential or Social Work, Probation/Criminal Justice, Community Work, Housing or Support Work).
