We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants work-life balance with seasonal flexibility.

What’s on Offer?

  • £30K-£35K + tronc
  • Flexible hours – busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday
  • Early starts, early finishes – structured shifts for better work-life balance
  • Summer schedule:
    • Midweek: 7 AM - 2 PM
    • Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
    • Sunday & Monday off

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in banqueting & large-scale events
  • Ability to drive – you’ll be responsible for the kitchen van
  • Strong organisational skills to handle busy wedding seasons
  • A positive attitude & team spirit
  • One-day trial – informal meet & cook-off
  • Personality is key – we want a great team player!
