The business has built up a great reputation for its food and service and is now looking for a confident and enthusiastic CDP/Sous Chef to join the kitchen team.
The premises provide the perfect country stop, or event venue, with stunning views of Blagdon Lake. A 50 covers restaurant and 5 luxury ensuite bedrooms.
Currently, the food offering comprises high quality traditional pub meals, seasonal a la carte dishes and Sunday roasts – all prepared from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Live-in accommodation is available, if required, although own transport is desirable.
