We are working with a group of bespoke hotels that continue to grow and are looking for a great Sous Chef to join the team.
THE JOB:
- Confidence with the overall running of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships.
- Support the Head Chef.
- Work closely with kitchen gardeners utilising the garden produce.
- Help plan kitchen rotas.
- Take an active role in training and teaching.
