What You’ll Do as a Head Chef
- Produce restaurant and specialist dietary meals
- Complete food safety & temperature records
- Support ordering, stock control and menu management
- Maintain high hygiene standards
- Assist with rotas, staff cover and daily operations
- Help train and support the kitchen team
What We’re Looking For as Head Chef
- NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of food safety
- Experience in structured or high-volume kitchens
- Reliable, organised, and team-focused
