We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the Head Office team as Revenue Support Manager located in Scotland
This position is hybrid role requiring field based and home based working as and when the business requires.

Revenue Support Manager - Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with previous Revenue Management experience, ideally in Hospitality though we will consider from other industries.
The ideal person will be a dynamic, reliable and personable; with experience of working as a team as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
As a Revenue Support Manager, you will
- Assist in the development, setting and managing of rate strategies for each hotel covering all segmentation
- Working with hotels to achieve rooms revenue budget
- Day to day revenue management for individual hotels as required
- Management and support of all revenue systems across the group ( PMS, Channel manager, Booking Engine, GDS, online and offline booking systems)
- Deliver training and development to hotel teams
- Ensure regular, accurate and correct reporting for all hotels, in-order to monitor and amend rate strategies and performance
- Assisting with the production of Budgets and forecasts
- Visit hotels to discuss and plan strategies, review business, and assess each hotel’s need on a regular basis
- Assist with onboarding and setup of new hotels joining Bespoke
- Work with the Sales team to plan strategies needed for each hotel
- Work with the corporate sales director on negotiated rates and RFPs
- Ensure hotels maintain rate parity
- Ensure hotels maintain availability on all channels as required
- Investigate new opportunities for distribution
- Encourage communication and business growth between hotels.
- To cross sell and communicate opportunities across the company.
- To ensure the relevant information and detail is passed to hotels
- To ensure that all legal and company standards are being met.
