- 45 hours/Week, (9 Hour Days) Any 5 out of 7.
The Ideal Candidate for this role will be a Head Chef/Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to step up and go onto the next stage in their hospitality career or an experienced restaurant manager looking to come in and win some awards.
The Client would like a candidate with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can work closely with the Kitchen and Senior Management, a good eye for detail and passionate about the dining experience and great customer service.
