We are recruiting for a motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to run our passionate Food and Beverage team at this luxury Hotel and Spa situated in Chipping Campden. The ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager will be absolutely committed to fresh food of the highest standards and proud of using local ingredients from the surrounding area.

Skills, qualification requirements and competencies for a Restaurant and Bar Manager, Chipping Campden:
- Can remain calm under pressure; to maintain standards as well as the speed of service
- Delivers consistently excellent service with a strong eye for detail and guest satisfaction
- Previous experience managing a Food and Beverage or Restaurant role, preferably with at least 3 years within a similar sized 4* or 5* Hotel
- As a Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be expected to manage the efficient running of the day to day operations of the department with input across 2 sites we operate, on either side of the road in Chipping Campden.
