The Regional Sales Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the reactive Conference, Weddings & Events sales department, creating a motivated team who are focused on delivery of consistent and detailed events for our clients through upselling and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Salary of up to £45,000 – negotiated on experience.
- Up to 10% Bonus.

- The Regional Sales Office Manager will lead and develop the sales team at both hotels.
- Oversee the day-to-day business and ensure all processes and brand standards are adhered to, ensuring attention to detail.
- Encourage the team to drive enquiry conversion and recognise opportunities to upsell to clients.
- Be hands-on in managing event sales with clients when required.
- Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support to the team with overall planning as required.
- Hold site visits and client visits as required.
