At Jubilee Hospitality, we are looking for Managers and supervisors who are exceeding in their current field, to flourish within well established recruitment team.
The suited candidate will work as part of the Birmingham team liaising with our hospitality/ Education and Care network, recruiting suited calibre candidates for our clients.
As a recruiter you will earn 23K- 25K basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission.
This could be perfect for someone who has supervisory or managerial experience within Catering/ Education/ Care & alternative industries.
Recruitment Consultant Highlights:
- No experience in recruitment required but candidates can expect a realistic earning potential 35k+ in the first 12 months (OTE)
- Successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a successful recruiter within a well-established/ supportive team.
- Monday to Friday Office Hours.
- Occasional on call hours - on average 1 week every 2 months on a rota basis with days in Lieu.
- Working within a company that has 20 years of history supporting clients across the UK.
- Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays) + approx. 5 additional days per year for on call.
