We are an exciting Exhibition Company , near Amesbury in Wiltshire, and we are seeking a reliable , motivated person to work alongside a small team of dedicated people. This role is based in our Business Unit on Solstice Park , this is a busy role and would suit a calm , organised person who works well under pressure.
PROJECT MANAGER “HIGHLIGHTS”
- International Exhibitions Company
- £25 – 35 K . Based on previous experience or similar role.
- Basic Hours 9 – 5 Monday to Friday. Some flexibility needed, paid overtime in busy times.
- Working alongside a small team.
- Mainly UK based, but potential to travel to events in Europe and United States if opportunity arises.
PROJECT MANAGER “ JOB OVERVIEW”
An exciting role for a highly organised, preferably experienced Project Manager, needed to join this progressive evolving Company.
We have several different elements to the Business, but this Project Manager role will mostly revolve round the Exhibitions, Event structures and Bar rental elements.
We’d like our Project Manager to be:

- Be aware of Deadlines.
- Works well with other employees and understands their workload.
- Ideally with experience of the Exhibition or Live events industry or possess some experience within a role with similar responsibilities .
- Above all be a team player, interacting with others in a motivational and calm manner.
You will be based at our Amesbury HQ Monday to Friday but a willingness to work overtime in busy times is beneficial. This role will involve scheduling upcoming projects, booking on-site services, booking subcontract labour and preparing picking lists, job files and other associated tasks. Noting late changes to projects and feeding back to relevant persons, updating systems and keeping people in the loop via email.
