Three Michelin Star Pastry Sous Chef Snapshot:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
- 4 day week
- Contract 44 hours – anything over 44 hours you get paid by the hour in overtime NOT Lieu
- Automatic salary increases with service

As a Pastry Sous Chef you will be working for one of the most iconic venues in London – you will need to have at least 1 Michelin Star experience but 2 and 3 Michelin Star experience would be advantageous.
