Pastry Chef, Cheadle, Manchester – Requirements & Responsibilities:
We need a talented and passionate Pastry CDP or Sous Chef, who is looking to make that move up and take responsibility and control of their own section. Working closely with the rest of the kitchen, you will contribute to menu development and planning, putting your own stamp on the dessert selection and the restaurant itself.
Reporting directly into Head Chef, we are looking for a gifted and capable Pastry Chef to create a fantastic array of baked goods. You’ll need to have definitive experience in a similar role, be creative and brimming with new ideas. We’ll be looking for an individual that is as highly-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic as our Head Chef, sharing his delight for food, ingredients and innovation.
