I am recruiting for various chef roles at a stylish boutique hotel near Southampton – 15 miles, right on the edge of New Forest in Hampshire. They’re a renowned bistro and seafood restaurant with a stylish bar, offering sumptuous wines and cocktails.
They’re looking for a breakfast chef as well as a chef de partie to join the team. If you have experience working as a CDP in a fresh food restaurant or you’re an early bird and enjoying working those early hours, you’re passionate about food and have high standards, I would like to hear from you. You also need to be able to commute within the New Forest.
