Hotel Maintenance Manager job in Nottingham City Centre, Highlights:
- Hourly rate between £12.85 to £14 – negotiated on experience.
- Overtime paid for any emergency callouts.
- Full time, permanent position. 40 hours per week (with paid breaks).
- Shift times of 7am to 3pm and 8am to 4pm.
- Mainly Monday to Friday, Working on average 1 weekend per month.
- Fully refurbished bedrooms.
- Opportunity to oversee a ground floor/ public area refurb.
- Overseeing 1 other Maintenance Team Member who is highly competent.

Hotel Maintenance Manager job in Nottingham City Centre, Job Overview:
- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary reactive maintenance requirements.
- Resolving basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical issues.
- Conducting relevant daily, weekly and monthly safety checks and completing relevant paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to ensure everything is clean and presentable to guests.
- Oversee and manage a maintenance budget.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations, Health & Safety and environmental laws.
