We are an IT Service Provider who put our customers first every single time. We have been delivering traditional package based and bespoke software solutions, network installations and IT Support, primarily to SME’s, since 1992. We are based in Bromsgrove and we have clients throughout the Midlands.
We currently have an exciting role within our IT Services Division for an IT Technician / Engineer 2nd Line.
IT Technician / Engineer 2nd Line, Bromsgrove – Benefits:

IT Technician / Engineer 2nd Line, Bromsgrove – Responsibilities:
- Service 1st & 2nd Line tasks – Including administrating MS O365 users, Groups.
- Creating, removing and converting users with O365 Tenants.
- Troubleshooting Windows 7 & 10.
- Anti-Virus Management.
- Virus / Malware Disinfection.
- Active Directory / Exchange: Add/Remove Changes.
- Supporting users remotely and over the phone and onsite if necessary.
- Liaising with third party support teams, such as Sage.
- Other technologies adopted by the business.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environment Virtualisation.
- Understanding of networking switches and firewalls.
- Maintaining Customer backups.
