Responsible for Routine and troubleshooting technical support on hardware and software
application systems within the Office's. This position is not only limited to IT support, but also get a
chance to gain exposure in Marketing.
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
o Provide support to all users using remotely connectivity tools, such as Team, Office,
Windows
o You will support a wide range of users with a large array of IT issues.
o Assist with resolving IT queries in the business
o Resolving software and hardware problems through escalation
o Update and run the system's antivirus applications and other protective measures routinely or as appropriate
o Drive business growth with marketing that hits business objectives and builds brand loyalty
o Support Marketing manager and IT manager with balancing workload
o Analyse reporting and data across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better
campaigns through a test and learn approach
Competencies:
o Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
o Being able to communicate with commercial teams to ensure clear understanding of issues
that result in timely payments will be a key skill.
o Should be able to handle heavy workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Minimum Qualifications:
o Strong spoken/written English
o 1+ years of experience in IT Support
o Degree in computer science or IT
o Understanding of IT systems, PCs & Network
