HR Manager job in London, Role Examples:
- Take ownership of ongoing HR Administration, including updating job descriptions, overseeing company promotions and pay rises, overseeing the employee onboarding process etc
- To manage HR systems and providing support to employees on its use
- Take ownership of Employee Handbook, including updating company policies
- Take ownership of Talent Management, curating training programs in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support Managers with the Recruitment and hiring process.
- To own Employee Relations and overseeing any grievance or disciplinary proceedings
HR Manager job in London, Ideal Candidate Experience/ Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a similar, Generalist HR role
- CIPD Qualification or similar degree desired
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
- A second language is beneficial but not required
