Responsibilities as Housekeeping Manager
- Lead and develop housekeeping and laundry teams
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
- Oversee daily operations across guest areas and facilities
- Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Conduct quality inspections and handle guest feedback
- Support sustainability, health & safety, and operational standards
- Work closely with other departments across the resort
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping management experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing stock, costs, and operational standards
- High attention to detail and service focus
- Comfortable working in an international resort environment
