Reporting into the Hotel General Manager, you will work alongside each other to lead the team to continued success within this exciting period of growth. You will oversee all departments within the Hotel and work with the departmental leaders to ensure guest satisfaction, H&S compliance, team development, KPI performance and overall success.
Other areas of responsibility will also include Payroll, Recruitment, Product Development, Service Delivery & oversight of the day-to-day running of the hotel.
