We are seeking someone with experience in delivering coaching/ training to current Class 1 HGV Drivers and new starters. You will oversee a thorough induction process of new starters, and ensure current drivers are maintaining high standards of driving and meeting regulation requirements.

- Carry out driving assessments on new starters and complete induction process.
- Deliver periodic training on topics such as, drivers’ hours/ tachographs/ WTD rules and safe operating of tail lifts.
- Ensure all drivers CPC is up to date an arrange training as and when required.
- Support the H&S Officer with Risk Assessments and Safe Working Practices
- Ensure that all training is documented, signed and up to date and managing the drivers’ folders to ensure completeness.
- Monitor the standard of driving and provide information, update leader boards, and ensure fairness in league tables.
- Assisting in reporting of RTC, downloading dash cam footage and completing driver return assessments.
- The position will require someone that is flexible days and nights and will be required to do some weekends.

- Hold a full & clean C&E license.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel etc.
