A Head Pastry or strong Pastry Sous Che is required for a stunning Midlands hotel. You will be responsible for running your Pastry Department with 4 other Pastry Chefs. You will be responsible for afternoon tea, weddings, banqueting and desserts for the dinner service (that the restaurant team send)

- Upto £35,000
- Tronc £5,000
- Straights shifts
- 40 hours
- Birmingham city centre
- State of the art equipment
- Daytime shifts (Usually finish by 6pm)
- 4 Chef in Pastry Team
